Delivery will be undertaken once full payment of goods is received.
We ship items within the next 3 working days after the order has been placed.
We ship with Regular Postage and it usually takes 3-5 working days in Europe, while 3 or max 4 weeks for other countries. Delivery times depend also on weight of the parcel: can take longer for shipping more than 2 kilos. Please note with Regular Postage we aren´t able to track the parcel once out of the country of origin.
If you would like us to send with Express and Tracked Postage you can select this option at checkout. With this Express and Tracked Postage it only takes between 2 and 4 days to deliver to International destinations. You will be sent only with this option a valid tracking number to check the status of your parcel anywhere in the world, and be able to claim a refund in the unlikely event of a non-delivery.

----~~<< RETURNS, REFUNDS >>~~----

If you are not happy with a product, we will offer you a an exchange for a different size or model as long as the product is returned in perfect condition, has not been used or washed, within 14 days after having received it. (Please note that shipping is not included in the refund).

Please keep in mind that we hand dye some of our garments, so slight imperfections and fadings may occur from dye bath to dye bath. This is the nature of dyeing things by hand and on natural fibers. We consider this a proof of an artisanal procedure and usually don’t refund slight color differences and imperfections. Colours may also vary due to computers colour settings.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: items ON SALE are non refundable but you can exchange size, item or colour depending on availability.


LOST PACKAGE:
Andara Stars is not responsible for damaged, stolen or lost packages sent with regular Postal Service. Especially for International shippings, once your item reaches your Country, Andara Stars has no control over your package as it is in the hands of your countries Postal Service. You will need to contact your countries Postal Service if they make a mistake with your delivery.
If you would like to claim undelivered or lost package, please upgrade to a Express and Tracked Shipment Service. This will provide a tracking number where we can track your parcel even when it enters your country, and refund you in case of undelivered or lost package.

Please wash Andara Stars garments in natural soap or mild detergent.
Do not use detergents that contain enzymes, chlorine bleach or baking soda.
Cool water hand wash is always preferred, or machine wash separately with cold water; use gentle cycle.
Hang to dry, gentle steam iron.
